Appointments will also appear on the Dashboards page. Clicking on the appointment will take you to the Appointments page as you see in the image above.
Checking in:
1) Patients will be able to check in to their virtual visit appointment, 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.
2) Once you check-in, you will need to go through the Create New Visit process. Once you have gone through steps 1-4, then click Start Your Visit to continue.
3) You will be placed in a waiting room and the provider will with you shortly. Please do not leave this page. Click preview camera to check to see if your camera is working.
4) An incoming video call message will appear in the middle of the screen. Click Accept to start your video call with the provider.
5) When the provider ends the call, you will be re-routed to the page below. Please do not log out if you are expecting another call. Once the provider verifies and completes the visit you will receive a message saying "Your visit has ended. Thank you for your visit."
