1. You will receive an invitation to your email. Click on "Join Now"
2. After Clicking "Join now", accept your invitation
3. Confirm your email
4. After verification of your email a code will be sent to that email address
6. Add code to site
7. Set your password
8. After your password is set you will be directed to your "Personal Details" page. First name , last name and birth date will be filled in from the invite- check info for accuracy and complete your personal details:*Address, state, city, zip code and phone number.
9. After saving your personal details you will be taken to the Dashboard view (Home page)
10. This is your "Health" page view (from top toolbar). Fill in your health information
11. This is your "Regular Practitioner Details" (from the bottom of your health screen)
12. This is your "Profile" page
13. This is your "Appointments" page
14. The next steps will take you through testing your connection to ensure that your computer is ready for a visit. From the home screen click on "Test Connection"
15. Test your speakers. Click on Play Sound then Yes after you can hear
16. Perform a test call
17. If all systems are green, congratulations you are ready for your Telehealth visit
18. Your last toolbar icon- Visit History- This will show all your completed visits as they occur throughout your care.
