This article will show you how to create a new visit on the myCare app.
1. Patients will have the option to start a new visit from the dashboard or click on the New Visit option from the menu located at the top left-hand corner.
2. Confirm specialty on following screen and input phone number where the patient can be reached if they are disconnected and click Next.
3. Confirm your Medical History and click Next.
4. Confirm your Visit Summary and click Next.
5. The Patient will be prompted for their payment. Confirm payment and click Pay and Start Visit.
6. The patient will be placed in the waiting room until the Provider is ready to join.
7. The patient will be notified when the case is assigned and in review.
